The Research Aimed To Identify The Role Of Management By Wandering Around The Leaders Of Educational Administration In Achieving Job Satisfaction For Employees. The Research Relied On The Descriptive Approach, And A Questionnaire Was Applied To Collect Data On A Sample Of (346) Workers In Specialized, Clerical, And Technical Jobs In The Departments Of (Abochet, Farshout, Nag Hammadi, Deshna) Educational Administrations In Qena Governorate, And The Results Of The Research For The First Axis Reached: “The Reality Of The Practice Of Management By Wandering Around The Leaders Of Educational Administrations” In Relation To The Total Sample Of The Study In The Axis As A Whole Came In At A Score Of (Weak) And That There Are No Statistically Significant Differences Between Males And Females For The Practice Of Administration. The Results Of The Second Axis: “The Role Of Management By Wandering Around Leaders Of Educational Administrations In Achieving Job Satisfaction For Employees” As A Whole In All Its Dimensions Were Achieved To A (Medium) Degree, And That There Were Statistically Significant Differences In Favor Of Males, As The Results Of The Third Axis Showed: “Obstacles To Activating The Role Of “Management By Wandering Around The Leaders Of Educational Administrations In Achieving Job Satisfaction For Employees” As A Whole, In All Its Dimensions, Was Achieved To A (Medium) Degree, And That There Were Statistically Significant Differences In Favor Of Females. The Results Of The Research Reached The Development Of A Proposed Vision For Activating The Practice Of Management By Wandering Around The Leaders Of Educational Administrations And Its Role In Achieving Satisfaction. Job Positions For Employees In Educational Administrations In Qena Governorate.
