The research aims to develop industrial secondary school administration in the light of the ethical administration approach, has been searching on the descriptive approach that tries through which described the phenomenon in question was adopted ( industrial school in Egypt administration problems) and how to develop them in the light of the ethical administration approach, analyze the data, and the statement of the relationship between its components, and the views put around, and process contained, and the effects of that, which is a form of scientific analysis and interpretation regular to describe the phenomenon or the specific problem, and photographed quantified by collecting data and information codified phenomenon or problem is the subject of the study, and classification, analysis, and subject accurately studies, it was applied a questionnaire to a sample of the school administration and the administrative system Associate Administrator of some industrial secondary school in Sohag reached the respondents (887 ) person, revealing find regarded Ethical administration the best way to resolve the obstacles faced by members of the industrial secondary school administration in Egypt in the light of the Ethical administration approach in the light of what has been reached from the results of the field study, the most important research findings include:
We develop industrial secondary school administration using the entrance Ethical administration, through the study of the work environment in order to make the system convenient and safe for workers and in conformity with their needs, interaction between the various levels of administration and employee, as well as by concern for speed and efficiency at work. Achieving the principle of justice for all employees, assessing the participation of parents, determining the responsibility of all employees according to their abilities and needs, and forming teams based on cooperation and love, And through the cooperation of the Industrial High School Administration with the monitoring and evaluation devices, and to motivate workers to perform the work with precision and mastery.
