The world has witnessed many transformations and challenges recently as a result of technological developments, the trend towards a knowledge-based economy, increased competition between organizations, in addition to the spread of the covid-19 pandemic, which has caused a radical change in all aspects of life, prompting organizations to apply digital transformation as an effective mechanism to deal with these challenges and changes and maintain their survival and sustainability (Rifai and Abu shanadi, 2022). The advent of digital technology in everyday life has also helped to develop the way workers access and develop knowledge (Nofirita et al., 2020). The interest in digital talents has increased in the era of the corona pandemic, as it is one of the most important skills that airline employees must acquire, which contributes to achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030, in addition to helping to achieve effective performance of organizations that enable them to achieve their goals properly. Digital talent has become one of the most important skills that airline employees must acquire to contribute to the achievement of Egypt’s Vision 2030 (Farag and Abdel Wahab, 2021). Interest in the concept of digital talent has increased recently as a concept that focuses on attention to digital abilities, talents and effective skills in the human element. This attention is aimed at developing the concept of a culture of focusing on digital talent as a source of competition, improving the sustainable performance of airlines and entering new markets (kabory, 2019).
