The objective of this research is to examine the impact of job empowerment on employee performance, with a focus on its application in the Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO). In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data was randomly collected from MOPCO employees, with a sample size of 291 individuals. SPSS was used to analyze the collected data. The study results revealed that all dimensions of job empowerment have a positive correlation with employee performance dimensions. , the results indicated that the dimensions of job empowerment, as an independent variable, have a significant effect on the dimensions of employee performance, as a dependent variable. 1st: The Research’s Problem: The research problem was centered around answering the following questions: 1. What is the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of job empowerment and employee performance dimensions in the Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO)? 2. what extent do the dimensions of job empowerment affect the employee performance in the Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO)? 2nd: The Research’s Objectives: In the light of the research problem, the researcher seeks to achieve the following objectives: 1. Revealing the correlation between the dimensions of job empowerment and the dimensions of the performance of employees at Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO).”” 2. Explaining the degree of influence of the dimensions of job empowerment on each dimensions of the performance of employees at Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO). 3. 3rd: The Research’s Hypotheses: Based on the research problem and to achieve its objectives, this research tests the validity of the following hypotheses: 1. There is no significant correlation between the dimensions of job empowerment and employee performance dimensions in the Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO). 2. .There is a significant effect of the dimensions of job empowerment on the dimensions of the performance of employees at Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO). This hypothesis is divided into the following sub- hypothesis: 2/1.These is a singnificant effect of the dimensions of job empowerment on on task performance as one of the dimensions of the performance of employees at Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO). 2/2 These is a singnificant effect of the dimensions of job empowerment on contextual performance as one of the dimensions of the performance of employees at Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO). 4. 4th: The Findings of the Research: The most important results of the study were as follows: 1. There is a significant correlation between the dimensions of job empowerment and employee performance dimensions in the Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO). 2. There is a direct significant effect of the dimensions of job empowerment on the dimensions of employee performance at Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO).
