Abstract
The study presented aims to provide knowledge about neuro-linguistic programming and its impact in the educational field, especially the use of different teaching-learning techniques based on Neuro-linguistic Programming by students and teachers, which helps to students feel motivated and interested in developing oral skills. In addition, I identify the importance of knowing the preferred channel of individuals to understand and perceive the world around.
Due to the information obtained from the surveys, it is concluded that the students’ fear of speaking to the public, the lack of motivation, the students’ lack of understanding and awareness of their own mechanisms, are reasons for the delay in the development of expression. oral of ELE students.
For this reason, several activities based on NLP Techniques have been applied to enhance the three visual, auditory, and kinesthetic memories and to promote security and confidence in students to speak using the Spanish language. Following the qualitative method to find the causes and identify the solution to the study problem.
