” Perceived Self Efficacy And Its Relationship To Decision Making For Football Referees”The research sample includes a total of (105) rulings. A number of 81 football referees registered in the Egyptian Football Association’s referee records for the 2022/2023 sports season; And 24 football referees registered in the UAE Football Association’s referee records for the 2022/2023 sports season. Then the researcher prepared a measure of the perceived self-efficacy of football referees. The scale consists of four dimensions and 45 statements. The decision-making ability software for football referees was used - prepared by Marwa Wahba Suleiman, year (2022 AD). The most important results were: The measure of perceived self-efficacy among football referees under study proved its validity in identifying the nature of the dimensions of the measure of perceived self-efficacy among football referees. The possibility of predicting decision-making in terms of the perceived self-efficacy of football referees, and it can be formulated as the following equation: Decision-making = 66.820 + 3.379 (perceived self-efficacy). There are statistically significant differences in the variable of perceived self-efficacy and decision-making ability among football referees, according to the refereeing level, as we found that there are statistically significant differences in favor of international referees. There are statistically significant differences in the variable of perceived self-efficacy and decision-making ability among football referees, according to years of experience, as we found that there are statistically significant differences in favor of international referees. Research recommendations: The need to pay attention to applying the perceived self-efficacy scale on a regular basis to football referees, in order to identify the nature of the dimensions of perceived self-efficacy among football referees. Interest in conducting training courses on psychological preparation and how to deal psychologically with football referees in various stressful situations. Attention is paid to developing and developing the perceived self-efficacy of football referees because of their significant role in reducing the psychological pressures and mistakes that the referee faces during the match through codified scientific programs.
