Abstract
This research aimed to measure the relationship between knowledge management and institutional performance, “an applied study on Beni Obaid Specialized Hospital in Dakahlia Governorate.” The size of the research sample was (225) individuals with a response rate of 100%., and the researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data via the Internet, It was designed on the Google Form search engine, and which represents the variables of knowledge management (independent variable) and institutional performance (dependent variable). Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (Alpha) to calculate Validity and reliability coefficients, while both the Pearson correlation coefficient and the simple and multiple regression analysis method were used to verify the validity of the research hypotheses. The researcher reached several results, the most important of which is that there is a significant impact of the dimensions of knowledge management combined on institutional performance as a whole. The researcher presented several recommendations, the most prominent of which is giving greater importance by the hospital’s senior management to knowledge management to develop the level of performance of its human resources and its general performance level. Holding internal training courses conducted by individuals with experience and competence in the field of knowledge in the hospital.
