The primary objective of this study is to examine the relationship between flexible work and its role in improving healthcare service quality, as applied to private hospitals at Mansoura city. A proposed model was designed for the study, to be used as a guide for testing the relationship between the study variables. An inquiry questionnaire was also designed and directed towards employees in private hospitals at Mansoura city through personal interviews. To analyze the primary data of the study, the statistical program SPSS was used for data entry. The research sample size was 255 individuals.The statistical analysis results revealed a significant correlation between the dimensions of flexible work and health service quality dimensions. It was also shown that there is a correlation between flexible work and the dimensions of health service quality represented by dependability, responsiveness, safety and empathy.
