المستخلص

The application of nanotechnology is one of the most important modern global scientific trends. It is the technology of the future that will change the world in all areas of life. Nanotechnology heralds a huge leap in all branches of science and engineering, especially in building technology. Nanotechnology has greatly affected architecture, where the application of this technology led to the development and improvement of the performance of cleaning materials, as these materials have unique physical, chemical, mechanical, thermal and electrical properties and characteristics that enable them to self-clean and thus protect surfaces and walls from adhesion of dust and pollutants, and enable them to purify the air by removing pollutants And the unpleasant odors in it, also enable it to resist the fog formed on the glass and to resist bacteria, fungi and microbes, especially in hospitals, which works to provide a healthy environment for patients and prevent the transmission of infection and the spread of diseases, as well as enabling it to protect from sunlight, heat and sound insulation, fire resistance and surface protection from writing on them and protecting them from scratching, they are environmentally friendly materials and help in frying It reduces the emissions of harmful substances and works to reduce maintenance work, reduce time and effort, rationalize energy consumption and increase the life span of the building, thus achieving the principles of sustainability in the internal environment in hospitals, and the research will explain how to use nanotechnology in many international buildings with a special study for hospitals and the use of these Materials developed with nanotechnology in achieving sustainability in the internal environment of hospitals. The research problem is: How to raise the performance of the materials that are used in the implementation and maintenance of hospital buildings, as many countries in the world are currently using nanotechnology applications, and the use is increasing with the different and rapid developments of this technology. The importance of the problem highlights the need Hospital buildings in Egypt to improve and raise their functional performance, in addition to the increasing use of nanotechnology applications in the future and not to catch up and keep pace with this technological progress in the architectural field. And then the study aims to: Achieving the sustainability of the internal environment in hospitals through the standards of applying nanotechnology to provide an appropriate sustainable healthy environment. And the possibility of using nanotechnology in the design of hospital buildings in Egypt in terms of finishing materials, whether external or internal, to improve the status of these buildings environmentally, economically and visually. Opening new horizons for sustainable future architectural and urban thought in accordance with the use of nanotechnology materials in construction by contributing to providing innovative future solutions because nano materials are characterized by the ability to change the physical and mechanical properties of traditional construction and building materials, and work on its pasture to achieve the elements of speed and accuracy. In addition to the structural safety component. Study methodology: It consists of the theoretical approach, which defines the characteristics of nanotechnology and materials and their applications in architecture, standards for designing a sustainable internal environment in hospitals, standards for applying nanotechnology in hospitals, and studying the impact of nanotechnology to achieve the sustainability of the internal environment in hospitals, and the analytical approach, which includes On the analysis of a set of global and local experiences to be used in the application of nanotechnology in hospitals and the applied approach, which includes the implementation of nano-paints manufactured from paraffin wax (local materials) using applications and laboratory experiments and testing a model applied to it traditional paints and other nano-paints and The application with simulation programs in it deals with the thermal performance test of the nano-model and the indication of energy consumption saving rates and internal temperature compared to the standard model designed with traditional building materials and the standard model designed with traditional and nano-building materials to examine the possibility of reaching the sustainability of future architecture by achieving high performance rates in the field of Energy and laboratory tests on nano and traditional paints And prove that they are anti-bacterial paints. The study also recommends: Using heat-insulating and environmentally friendly nano-paints in hospitals, raising awareness and advertising nanotechnology at the media level and publishing houses, through publishing in specialized scientific and architectural journals, research and architectural studies, and holding conferences and seminars that discuss the thesis of buildings applied to nanotechnology. The necessity of encouraging investors and businessmen to participate in spending on nanotechnology research, and allocating part of the financial resources to carry out the architectural scientific research required to obtain distinguished results, and studies continue in this regard to be included in the Egyptian code.
