This study aimed to determine the impact of digital maturity requirements on improving service production processes, and in light of a review of previous studies, a conceptual framework was extracted for the dimensions of this study that included two basic variables, which are the independent variable, which is the digital maturity requirements (strategy, organizational culture, customer, human resources, Technology, processes) and the dependent variable is improving service production processes (improving the customer reception process, simplifying procedures, handling customer complaints, improving the quality of service performance). In collecting the primary data for this study, reliance was placed on the use of a comprehensive inventory method for a population of (465 individuals) employees. The researcher also used a set of secondary data, obtained from books, articles, periodicals, and scientific dissertations, and the data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant and positive effect of digital maturity requirements combined together (strategy, organizational culture, customer, resources). Humanity, technology, processes) to improve service production processes (improving the customer reception process, simplifying procedures, handling customer complaints, improving the quality of service performance). The study also presented a set of recommendations that shed light on the importance of digital maturity requirements.
