Study Title: The Effectiveness of a Program to Improve some Thinking Styles and Its Impact on Decision-making among Kindergarten Supervisors.

The current study aims to improve some methods of thinking and decision-making among kindergarten supervisors. The study sample consisted of (20) kindergarten supervisors, their ages ranged between (22-30) years, with a mean of (25.95) years, and a standard deviation of (0.87). The sample was divided into two experimental and control groups, each consisting of (10) supervisors. The study tools consisted of the contemporary socio-economic and cultural level scale, the thinking methods scale, the decision-making scale, and the
counseling program. The results showed the effectiveness of the program in improving some thinking and decision-making styles of the kindergarten supervisors of the experimental group.
