This study aimed to identify the most important international experiences in the field of digital management in universities, and how to benefit from them in developing digital administrative efforts at Mansoura University, and to attempt to prepare a proposed vision for developing digital administrative efforts at Mansoura University. To achieve its objectives, the study relied on a questionnaire directed to a number of administrative employees working in some colleges at Mansoura University. To learn about the reality of the digital administrative efforts being made at the university, the obstacles facing their achievement, and proposals for developing those efforts, the study was applied to a sample of administrative employees working in some colleges at Mansoura University, to find out the reality of the digital administrative efforts at the university, who number (365) out of (835) employees. The study reached a number of theoretical and field results, the most important of which are:- Developing the university’s digital administrative efforts has become an urgent necessity, not only dictated by technical and digital developments; Rather, it is dictated by the climatic and biological changes that the world is witnessing, which require completing work in the fastest time and with the least effort.- Developing the university’s digital administrative efforts allows it to benefit from information and communications technologies that enable it to compete and make it move towards globalization without being restricted by temporal or spatial conditions or organizational boundaries.- The global experiences presented by the current study in the field of digital administrative development in universities help to benefit from them in developing digital administrative efforts at Mansoura University.In light of the previous results of the current study, the study recommends the following:- Building a clear-cut and realistic digital strategic plan to develop digital administrative efforts at Mansoura University; In addition to another alternative plan for emergencies and crises for business continuity.- Developing organizational structures, as well as regulations and legislation; In a way that is consistent with the nature of administrative digital development and serves its purposes.- Demanding an increase in financial allocations and providing the necessary financial resources to prepare and equip the university with good infrastructure for digital development operations.- Paying attention to the good qualification of human resources, including leaders, faculty members, and administrators, to be able to deal with modern digital technology.
