The policy of impeachment is one of the policies pursued in Islamic historical eras from the beginning of Islamic history until now. Isolation was a punishment and purification of the state from corrupt and weak, ineffective personalities, whether in the administrative or political system, at the beginning of Islamic eras, but it took another course in the age of study, as It has become a weapon in the hands of the ruling authority against those who reject them, and those who object to their policies to get rid of them, and the policy of isolation was not limited to a specific group in the state, but rather included all statesmen, starting from the sultan to the youngest employee, and the sultans and princes were isolated to get rid of each other until isolation became a phenomenon One of the manifestations of political and administrative corruption in the Ayyubid and Mamluk eras, and a weapon of threat and intimidation in order to fulfill the desire of the sultans and princes. Some also resorted to resignation, either out of asceticism and a desire for knowledge, or to be satisfied with the job and go to teach, or to contract diseases that make the job holder unable to carry out his job affairs as he should. The thesis was divided into an introduction and a preface, which contained the concept of dismissal and resignation linguistically and idiomatically, followed by a monitoring of the first cases of dismissal and resignation in Islamic history down to the era before the Ayyubid and Mamluk eras, then the preamble followed six chapters, The first chapter includes the reasons for dismissal and resignation in the Ayyubid and Mamluk eras ,and was divided into several elements, the first of which is the political factors of dismissal and resignation In the Ayyubid and Mamluk eras, and secondly, the economic and social factors, and thirdly, the sectarian and religious factors of dismissal and resignation in the Ayyubid and Mamluk eras, then the second chapter, which talked about the dismissers, which included a number of employees in the state whose functional powers allowed them to be able to dismiss in the state during the Ayyubid and Mamluk eras, followed by them The third chapter, which contained the dismissed and resigned from military and administrative positions, in which the dismissal and resignation were limited to twenty-six positions only, excluding other military and administrative positions, which were far from the phase of political and economic events in the state. The fourth chapter included the dismissed and resigned from the bureaucratic positions, the number of sixteen jobs in whom the percentage of dismissal and resignation fluctuated, so they were arranged in terms of the most isolated and resigned jobs and the jobs to the least isolated and resigned jobs, then the fifth chapter, which included the isolated and resigned from religious positions, which were monitored and numbered eleven jobs Dismissal and resignation increased in a few of them, while dismissal and resignation decreased in some others, then followed by Chapter Six, which talked about the penalties associated with dismissal and resignation and the mechanism of dismissal and resignation. Less common penalties followed by a special part of the mechanism of dismissal and resignation, which contains the ways in which employers were dismissed and resigned, which varied between written and verbal The chapters concluded with a special part containing the most important findings of the study and the conclusions and statistics added by the study, then followed by a set of appendices, which are tables and statistics reached by the study, then a list of sources and references.
