The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of goal-oriented management on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), using the Egyptian Agricultural Bank in the Dakahlia sector as a case study. To collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data was collected randomly from employees working in the Egyptian Agricultural Bank, Dakahlia sector. The sample size was 291 individuals, and SPSS was used to analyze the data. The study results showed that all dimensions of organizational justice are positively related to all dimensions of job satisfaction. The results also showed that the dimensions of goal-oriented management (as an independent variable) have a significant effect on the development of SMEs (as a dependent variable).1st: The Research’s Problem:The research problem was to answer the following questions:1.The aim of this study is to determine the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of goal-oriented management and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) among employees in the Egyptian Agricultural Bank - Dakahlia sector.2.The aim of this study is to determine the extent of the impact of the dimensions of goal-oriented management on the development of SMEs among employees in the Egyptian Agricultural Bank - Dakahlia sector.3.The aim of this study is to determine if there are any significant differences in the opinions of employees in the Egyptian Agricultural Bank - Dakahlia sector regarding the dimensions of the study variables according to their personal perceptions.2nd: The Research’s Objectives: In the light of the research problem, the researcher seeks to achieve the following objectives:1.To determine the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of organizational justice and psychological ownership towards employees among the employees of the Egyptian Telecommunication Company in Damietta Governorate.2.To measure the impact of the dimensions of organizational justice on psychological ownership towards employees among the employees of the Egyptian Telecommunication Company in Damietta Governorate.3.To identify the extent of significant differences in the opinions of employees of the Egyptian Telecommunication Company in Damietta Governorate regarding the dimensions of the study variables according to demographic variables (gender, age, educational level, marital status, years experience).
