تهدف هذه الدراسةإلى التعرف علىالعلاقة بين أزمة منتصف العمر ومعني الحياةمدى تأثيرها علي الراشدين من الجنسين، والتعرف علي الفروق ذات الدلالةالإحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الراشدين من الجنسين علي مقياس أزمه منتصف العمر ومقياس معني الحياة،والتنبؤ بأزمة منتصف العمر من خلال أبعاد معني الحياه لدى الراشدين ومن أجل الوصول لتلك النتائج فقد قمنا بتكوين عينة بحثيه قوامها (200) معلماً ومعلمة من الراشدين (35-55)، حيث شملت أدوات البحث مقياس أزمة منتصف العمر (إعداد: مايسة النيال 1998)، ومقياس معنى الحياة إعداد (محمد حسن الأبيض 2010) وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة تم التوصل للنتائج الآتية: وجود علاقات ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين درجات الراشدين على مقياس أزمة منتصف العمر ودرجاتهم على مقياس معني الحياة،بالإضافة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الذكور والإناث (من الراشدين) على مقياس أزمة منتصف العمر (جميع الأبعاد، والدرجة الكلية) لصالح الإناث وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الذكور والإناث (من الراشدين) علي مقياس معني الحياة (جميع الأبعاد، والدرجة الكلية)، وقد لاحظنا ايضا انهلا يمكن التنبؤ بالدرجة الكلية لأزمة منتصف العمر من درجات كل من: القبول والرضا، والهدف من الحياة، والتسامي بالذات، ولكن علي الجانب الاخر كان بإمكاننا التنبؤ بالدرجة الكلية لأزمة منتصف العمر من درجات كل من: الثابت وبعد المسئولية علي أبعاد مقياس معني الحياة وايضا يمكن التنبؤ بالدرجة الكلية لأزمة منتصف العمر من درجات كل من: الثابت، والدرجة الكلية لمعني الحياة.
This study is considered a serious attempt by the researcher that aims to identify the relationship between the midlife crisis and the meaning of life and the extent of its impact on adults of both genders, in addition to identifying the statistically significant differences between the mean scores of adults of both genders on the midlife crisis scale and the meaning of life scale, as to predict the crisis Middle age through the dimensions of the meaning of life for adults. In order to reach these results, we have formed a research sample of 200 adult teachers (male and female) ranging from (35-55) age, where the research tools included the midlife crisis scale (prepared by: Maysa Al-Nayal 1998), and the meaning of life scale prepared by (Muhammad Hassan Al-Abyad 2010).
Using appropriate statistical methods, the following results were reached: There are negative, statistically significant correlations between the scores of adults on the midlife crisis scale and their scores on the meaning of life scale, in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and females (adults) on the midlife crisis scale (all dimensions, and the total score) in favor of females, and there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and females (adults) on the meaning of life scale (all dimensions, and the total score), and we also noticed that it is not possible to predict the overall degree of the midlife crisis from the degrees of: acceptance and satisfaction, the goal of life, and self-transcendence, but on the other hand, we were able to predict the total degree of the midlife crisis from the degrees of both: the constant and the dimension of responsibility on the dimensions of the meaning of life scale. Also, the total degree of midlife crisis can be predicted from the degrees of each of: the constant, and the total degree of the meaning of life.
