ويعد الاغتصاب من أبشع الجرائم التي ترتكب في حق الآخر؛ فهو رمز لقمة العنف والعدوانية التي تمارس ضد الآخر. فهو ظاهرة اجتماعية نفسية مرضية تهدد استقرار المجتمع وتعتبر دلالة على انهيار النسق القيمي وغياب الوازع الأخلاقي فبقدر ما حقق الإنسان من حضارة وتقدم وبقدر ما نجح في تكوين نظم وبنية اجتماعية تتبني أساليب الحضارة في تشكيل علاقاته بالآخر والمجتمع، وبمقدار ما نجح في إعلاء رغباته وسلوكه العدواني والجنسي إلا أنه مازال يمارس أفراده الاعتداء الجنسي والاغتصاب.
فالاغتصاب يعد قتلا لصميم الحياة، وتحطيما للجوهر والأساس الذي تقوم عليه الحياة كما أنه إهدار للناموس الطبيعي الذي ينظم الحياة، وضياع للقيمة الكبيرة للوجود الإنساني كله. فهي ظاهرة قديمة قدم الإنسانية، وإن اتخذت صورا متعددة إلا أن جوهره هو تدمير البنية الإنسانية وعدم الاعتراف بحق الآخر في الوجود كمبرر لمشروعية الوجود.
أهمية الدراسة
ومن هنا جاءت أهمية الدراسة؛ لأنجريمةالاغتصاب تخلفآثاراًمدمرةعليكيانالمجتمعواستقراره، حيثانتشارالانحرافاتالجنسية،وتصدعالأسر،وحدوثالطلاق،وتشردالأبناء،وتزايدانحرافالأحداث،وقديصاحبجريمةالاغتصابالسرقةأوحتىقتلالضحيةللتخلصمنها.أماالأثرالمباشرعليالضحيةمنالإناثفيتمثلفيمعاناةالضحيةمنأضرارجسديةتتمثلفيالحملغيرالمرغوببه، والإصابةبالأمراضالتناسلية،ولكنالأكثروطأةهوإصاباتهاباضطراباتمابعدالصدمةوالقلقوالاكتئابواضطراباتالنوموالأكلوإدمانالمخدراتوالخوفوالانسحابالاجتماعيولومالذاتوالشعوربالخزيوالعاروعدمالقدرعليأقامةعلاقاتاجتماعيةبالجنسالآخروعدمالقدرةعليالتعايشمعالواقعبلقديؤديبالضحيةللجوءإليالانتحار.

Therefore, this study aims to try to reach a psychological fabric of psychological dynamics that lead to the individual committing one of the most heinous human crimes, which is the crime of rape. We are interested in the role of psychological determinism, whose role in the occurrence of rape from a psychological perspective cannot be overlooked.
The importance of the study:
Hence the importance of the study, because the crime of rape has devastating effects on the entity of society and its stability, where the spread of sexual deviations, the cracking of families, the occurrence of divorce, the displacement of children, and the increasing delinquency of juveniles, and the crime of rape may be accompanied by theft or even killing the victim to get rid of it. Food, drug addiction, fear, social withdrawal, self-blame, shame and shame, inability to establish social relations with the opposite sex, inability to coexist with reality, and may even lead the victim to resort to suicide. The effects of rape on children are denial, fear and disturbing dreams, chronic depression, loss of enthusiasm for life, feelings of hopelessness, helplessness and self-contempt, desire for revenge, suspicion and distrust of others, difficulty in social, especially
