Research Introduction Some physical sports practitioners are exposed during training and during competitions to many injuries, including major injuries and small injuries, as sports injuries represent one of the main obstacles that prevent achieving the expected dynamic development of the heroic level, which aims to grow during the phased development processes of sports training that is regulated in a scientific manner. purposeful. The knee joint is one of the most complex joints of the human body, because the anatomical composition determines its function, as it is responsible for many different movements that place a burden on this joint and expose it continuously to injury that may lead to disability in the skeletal and muscular systems. In addition, injuries in the sports field are many and varied and differ from one sporting activity to another, and due to the presence of the player in a state of continuous competitions, the athlete is exposed to injuries of all kinds and degrees, whether in the bones, joints, ligaments or muscles, which may lead to depriving the player of sports practice for long periods that may affect negatively On the physical and skill level of the player, and the appropriate rehabilitation followed after the injury is one of the main reasons for restoring the affected area to its full function, which results in the player returning early to practice sports activity in a good way. Arnheim Daniel (2007) points out that by reviewing the different aspects of the nature of sports performance and what it requires of friction and contacts between the players, in addition to the speed of motor performance from the continuous and rapid changes in the position of the body, according to the conditions of play, so the biggest obstacle is the weight of the body during rotations and changes in positions that occur. on the knee join We also find that the increase in knee joint injury in the recent period has become a widespread phenomenon that has medical and technical dimensions, which led to the establishment of a global organization in the name of (The International Knee Injuries Association) in order to develop medical and diagnostic examination and use effective treatment and the fastest and best rehabilitation methods for the joint in order to ensure its return to movement nature in the shortest possible period. Mohamad Al-Rafaidi (2007) adds that the anterior cruciate ligament injury is one of the most common injuries to the knee and the most affecting the functional performance of the knee through daily activities. As for treatment, surgical intervention using the surgical endoscope is considered one of the most appropriate and widespread methods, and after that comes the stage of physical therapy and rehabilitation. Movement that is no less important than the surgical intervention step. Ellison Martin (2005) mentions that proper rehabilitation is the key to good results, whether the injury is mild, or in the surgical repair of the knee.Research problem: Sports injuries are considered an obstacle that affects the locomotor system, including (bones, joints, muscles, nerves), which hinders the dynamic development of the athlete’s level and prevents him from continuing in training performance, friendly participation, and official competitions. Often the injury occurs suddenly, which makes predicting its location and time of occurrence extremely difficult. Difficulty is a satisfactory condition. Gregory Green (2004) mentions that the knee joint is one of the joints most exposed to injuries, which leads to inability to move and maintain body balance, as a result of the rupture of one of the ligaments or cartilages. And as Cook christopher (2007) explains, the knee joint is one of the body’s most vulnerable joints, and perhaps this is due to the anatomical aspect of the knee joint having a great deal in that. Just the strength of the ligaments and the muscles surrounding it make it one of the strongest joints in the body.As Fahd Al-Shehri (2005) mentions, the anterior cruciate ligament injury is one of the direct causes of a defect in the knee joint during movement, and in addition to that, any major injury, if not treated in a short period, results in other injuries to the joint. And through the work of the researcher in the field of rehabilitation and sports injuries as an injury and rehabilitation specialist at Al-Ganzouri Specialist Hospital and Egypt Center for Electrodiagnostics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation(MEDX) in Heliopolis, Cairo Governorate, in which he rehabilitated some people who were subjected to ligament cuts. The anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint, the researcher noticed that all the available rehabilitation programs did not use the biofeedback device, which enriched the researcher’s attention, which made him conduct the current study in order to reach the preparation of a rehabilitation program using the biofeedback device and to identify its effect on the rehabilitation of the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee joint after Surgical intervention. The researcher noticed a lack and shortcomings in the rehabilitation methods used to rehabilitate the knee joint affected by a cut in the anterior cruciate ligament, especially after the surgery. To use a biofeedback device in addition to kinetic and rehabilitative exercises.Through the researcher’s review of studies and reference research related to this research and research related to this field, he found that there is little interest in the research that dealt with the use of biofeedback as a standardized method for the use of therapeutic exercises during the application of rehabilitation programs for patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture, in addition to the lack of sports libraries for this type of Research in the field of sports injuries and sports rehabilitation. This prompted the researcher to try to conduct applied research based on scientific foundations and principles aimed at developing a rehabilitation program for the rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament using the biofeedback device. Department of Sports Health Sciences, which prompted the researcher and the supervisors to ask the following question: What is the effectiveness of a rehabilitation program using a biofeedback device to restore the efficiency of the knee joint after an anterior cruciate ligament repair?Research Importance: Scientific Significance:The scientific importance of this study is that it is one of the scientific attempts to study the effectiveness of a rehabilitation program using the biofeedback device to restore the efficiency of the knee joint after performing the repair of the anterior cruciate ligament.
