This study aimed at recognizing the impact of reading the e-magazines on the language and acknowledgement skills of the disabled children. And also recognizing the difference in language and acknowledgement skills between the disabled children according to their gender and age. This study followed the descriptive method where the researcher tried to describe the subject of the study which is usage of children’s e-magazines to improve the language and acknowledgement skills for the visually impaired children whom are superiors, talented and creators. This shall be recognized by a questionnaire form which shall be classified as clear, interpreted & analyzable information, and also, according to the references and scientific studies of the field which have been available to the researcher. This is in addition to reviewing the most important results that resulted from those studies. Also displaying and discussing the most important aspects of the studies in order to reach new results that may be added to this field. The researcher in this study depended on the theory of reliance on media. The main idea of this theory is that the usage of the media means is inseparable from the individual’s society impact, and that the ability of the media means usually increases by conveying information continuously and intensively.Through the name of the theory, we can discover what it means which is; it is mutual reliance between the individuals and the media means and this relationship is controlled by reliance relationship between the media means, the social systems and the public as the individuals depend on the media information to reach their goals after being published and processed. (De Flore) and (Sandra Paul) declare that what is meant by information here is all the media messages even the entertaining ones. The main problem of the study is focused on the disabled children and how they communicate with others or improve their skills and abilities either in the advanced societies in general or the growing societies in specific. As the child’s character starts to form starting from 9 up to 15 years old and he starts to interface the surrounding variables, so, the researcher shall highlight the problems that face the disabled children and how they suffer from being unable to communicate with others or improve their skills or discover and invest their talents. The disabled children, especially the talented ones shall be encouraged and assisted to create, innovate and scientifically surpass within the different aspects of life. The family is considered the first influence that the disabled child is exposed to. Also, the child’s abilities and skills need high level of independency and self-reliance which shall be provided by the family and the surrounding means which will assist to increase his abilities and skills like the e-magazines and others. The researcher divided the previous studies into two parts, the first part includes those studies which are related to visual impairment. The second part includes those studies which are related to the superiors, talented ones and creators. The sample of the study was divided into two categories of the disabled children as follows; the visually impaired from one side and the superiors, talented ones and creators from the other side. Also, the researcher chose two age categories of the disabled children: the first category ranges from (9 up to less than 12 years old), the second category ranges from (12 up to 15 years old).
