1-The problem of the study:

to the difficulty of interviewing drug dealers themselves, whether inside or outside prisons
Seventh, fields of study:

• The human sphere: the human sphere is represented by drug dealers for whom a police report has been issued
• Date range: January 2022 to June 2022
Eighth, the results of the study
1-The results of the study show that there is a relationship between the youth group drug trade, the older the age, the less drug trade, and the younger the age also, the drug trade, and we can summarize the relationship between age groups and drug trade as follows
A- Most individuals trade in drugs according to age, ranging in age from 20 years to less than 30 years, and this indicates that these groups are more interested in drug trafficking, and they are the active and aspiring to earn money
B - The second category is from 30 years to less than 40 years, and this category is less interested than the first category
C - The third category is in the age group from 40 years to less than 50 years
D - The fourth category, which is the category less than 20 years old, due to their young age and lack of sufficient experience in the drug trade.
e- The fifth category is from 50 years and older, and there are some cases that involve more than one individual, so the number of cases has increased to more than 50 cases..
2- It is clear from the field study that the most vulnerable individuals to drug trafficking according to the profession are the workers in marginal businesses from work and who are more likely to trade drugs to earn
money and engage in and promote drugs due to their poor financial condition, followed by the class of drivers who distribute drugs through the car he drives This is the driver, followed by the category of students who are the least experienced in the drug trade, followed by the unemployed category who do not have a job and are therefore looking for money, so they work in drug dealing, and finally the category of employees, which is the category least vulnerable to drug trafficking because of their fear for their work and social status.
3- The results of the field study show that the individuals who reside in the countryside are the most vulnerable to drug trafficking, as they are far from the eyes of the police, as well as their hiding in the fields and farms, followed by the urban group less vulnerable to drug trafficking, because the police are everywhere and the surveillance devices are spread in many urban places.
4- It is clear from the results of the field study that drug trafficking cases do not focus much in the records that the researcher reviewed on the social status of the criminal in many cases, as these basic records focus on the events of the case and their possession of the drug, and therefore many of these records are not shown to the social situation and came after This category is the category of married people who support an entire family and have children and a wife and need money, followed by the single category. This result may seem a bit illogical because it is assumed that those who have families are more worried than others and fear for their families from scandal and imprisonment, but through an analysis of the content of the records The police in this matter show the opposite that those who are married and who have families are more than others to trade drugs with the aim of collecting money, thinking that this works to secure the future of their children and families, while single young people are less vulnerable to drug trafficking, and perhaps this is due to their preoccupation with drug abuse or their fear for their future of destruction. Because of the prison they are exposed to in the event of arrest.
5- It is clear from the results of the field study that tramadol is the most distributed and promoted type of drug, and this indicates the ease of its purchase for the user, followed by the drug of hashish, followed by the
combination of two or more types of drugs such as tramadol and hashish together or tramadol and methamphetamine together or hashish and heroin together and so on... , followed by opium, and the least drug is heroin.
6- It is clear from the results of the field study that most of the criminals during their arrest did not possess weapons, due to their keenness to carry weapons, followed by the few who possessed weapons, in order to protect their activity, and that most of the weapons that are present with the criminal during his arrest is the white weapon consisting of a knife-knife Izzal, Singh, and so on.... The least burdensome is the firearm, because it is difficult to bring and carry.
7- The results of the field study show that most criminals like to work alone for complete secrecy and to get more money, and the least individuals are those who form a gang in order to protect their activity and expand the drug trade. It is noted that there are some individuals who depend on more than one individual consisting of the mother, sisters, wife and children. They resort to working with drugs to get money and support his family.
8- The results of the field study revealed that many of the accused formed a gang in order to protect and expand their drug trade, followed by the sisters, then the friends.
9- from the results of the field study it was found that most cases are trafficking only in order to earn more money and pay attention only to obtaining money and the spread and expansion of drug trade, and the least cases are trafficking and abuse. To his trade to satisfy his desire for drugs.
10- The results of the field study show that most of the drug dealers in the cases analyzed by the researcher do not have precedents and accusations, because they are very careful about themselves and their trade, and the few of them have precedents and accusations.
11- It was found from the results of the field study that the first motive for drug trafficking is the economic motive, because they get a lot of money and get money in any way whatsoever, and their main goal is to
get money. By looking at Case 3452 for the year 2021, the researcher saw that the accused says (that his wife and children live in my apartment in my family’s house before she goes to her family), and this indicates that his financial conditions are bad, and the apartment in which he was arrested is an apartment for rent and he lives in it alone.
12- from the results of the field study, it was found that the penalty period mentioned in the cases whose content the researcher analyzed ranges from 10 years to less than 15 years, because the cases are among the serious issues that threaten society, namely drug trafficking.
13- from the results of the field study, it was found that the most valuable of the fine in the cases whose content the researcher analyzed was more fine, ranging from 100 thousand to less than 400 thousand, because the cases are serious and threaten social and economic security, followed by from 50 thousand to less than 100 thousand, followed by 500 thousand or more.
