One of the best things scientists do is to spread useful knowledge that the nation needs. To guide her from misguidance, to save her from temptation, and to bring her out of darkness into light, by the command of her Lord, to the path of the Mighty, the Praiseworthy. God Almighty said:God Almighty obligated the people of knowledge to spread it, and forbade them from concealing it. God Almighty said: On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God said: “Whoever is asked about knowledge, he learns it, then conceals it, will be bridled on the Day of Resurrection with a bridle.” ”of fire”There are many means to spreading knowledge, the most important of which is: confronting the issuing of fatwas from specialists due to the general need for it and the great reliance on it, especially in these days when there is little demand for knowledge, and most of those who adhere to this religion are content with asking scholars for a fatwa about what comes before them, or worries them, in order to correct worship or correction. treatment.Ibn al-Qayyim - may God have mercy on him - said: “Whoever issues a fatwa to the people and is not qualified to issue a fatwa is a disobedient sinner, and whoever among the rulers approves of that is a sinner as well.” Abu Al-Faraj bin Al-Jawzi - may God have mercy on him - said: The ruler is obligated to prevent them, as the Banu Umayyad did, and these He is in the position of someone who guides the people and has no knowledge of the way, and in the status of a blind man who guides people to the Qiblah, and in the status of someone who has no knowledge of medicine while he treats people. In fact, he is in a worse condition than all of these. If the ruler has to prevent someone who is not good at medicine from treating the sick, So what about the one who did not know the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and did not understand the religion? Our Sheikh -- was very critical of these people, so I heard him say: Some of these people said to me: Have you been made accountable for fatwa? So I said to him: The bakers and cooks should be considered accountable and not based on fatwa should be considered accountable? ( )Based on this, fatwas were organized in the countries of the world through the establishment of the General Secretariat for the role and fatwa bodies in the world on the fourth day of the month of Rabi’ al-Awwal in the year 1437 AH, corresponding to the fifteenth of December 2015 AD, and since the stability of the matter of fatwas is one of the most important factors that help to stabilize The individual and society. The Egyptian Fatwa House held its global conference in Cairo in the period between (2-3 Dhul-Qi’dah 1436 AH / corresponding to August 17-18, 2015 AD). This conference resulted in a number of initiatives that aim to achieve the greatest degree of communication and consultation between the houses and fatwa bodies. In the world, the most important of which was the establishment of a general secretariat for the role and fatwa bodies in the world. Its mission is to coordinate between fatwa houses and fatwa bodies working in the field of fatwa around the world, with the aim of raising the efficiency of the fatwa performance of these bodies, while coordinating between them to produce solid scientific fatwa work, and thus increasing their effectiveness in their societies so that fatwa is one of the factors of development and urbanization for humanity. The General Secretariat consists of the founding members: the Mufti of Egypt, the Advisor to the Royal Court in Saudi Arabia, the Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, the Mufti of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Mufti of Jerusalem, the Mufti of Nigeria, the President of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments in Abu Dhabi, the Sudanese Minister of Endowments, and the former President of the Maldives. Mufti of the Republic of Chad, Mufti of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mufti of Kazakhstan, Mufti of Uganda, Mufti of Chechnya, Mufti of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Mufti of Greece, Mufti of the Philippines, Secretary General of the European Islamic Conference, Advisor to the Senegalese President, Secretary General of the Fatwa Office of the Sultanate of Oman, and Secretary General The Fatwa Department in the Kingdom of Jordan, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees and the Fatwa and Guidance Committee of the Union of African Scholars
