المستخلص
The research dealt with the role of administrative
control in combating the phenomenon of terrorism -
a comparative study. He highlighted the rooting of the idea of
administrative control and the phenomenon of terrorism,
including the nature of administrative control and its objectives,
and the nature of terrorism in positive law. The second dealt
with the protective measures of administrative control in
combating the phenomenon of terrorism, including the limits of
administrative control authorities in normal and exceptional
circumstances, as well as the limits of administrative control
authorities during a state of emergency, then presented the legal
nature and the implications of declaring a state of emergency,
then the conclusion of the research came to indicate the most
important results and recommendations that ended search to it.
