The study aims to identify the effect of motor transport training according to the kinematic sentence path ( Gankaku – Kata ) on the level of skill skill performance in karate. The experimental method was used for one experimental group using the pre and post measurement for two training phases , the first stage ( without using kinematic transport exercises according to its path in the structural structure of the
Kinematic sentence ”Gankaku – Kata”), the second stage ( using the kinematic
transfer exercises according to its path in the structural structure of the Kinematic sentence ”Gankaku – Kata”) due to its suitability to the nature of the study. An exploratory group consisting of 10 female players, and a basic group of 5 female players to which the content of the proposed training program is applied without using the movement training exercises in the first stage and using the motor transport exercises in the second stage.
