Abstract
In this work the rice straw was added to the concrete and study the effect of parameter such as mobility and compressive strength, the result show that when use percentage of 5,10 % of rice straw in samples the sample were not formed due the amount of rice straw, when the percentage decrees to 1% big decrees in compressive strength. and study the addition of rice straw in mortar and study the. the results show that the optimum conditions for using rice straw are the percentage of 20% rice straw based on the weight of cement and optimum particle size in rang of 10-15mm reduce the thermal conductivity by 53.5%.
