The role of educational supervision in achieving the goals of professional development for teachers in light of the approach to organizational excellence in middle schools in the State of Kuwait Name : Mubarak Hadi Mohammed Al-Marri The study aimed to develop a proposed vision for the role of educational supervision in achieving the goals of professional development for teachers in the light of the entrance to organizational excellence in middle school schools in the State of Kuwait. Educational supervisors and teachers (teacher - teacher), from the study community in the intermediate education stage in the schools of the State of Kuwait. Barriers between middle school teachers and educational supervisors, which is reflected positively on the level of professional performance of teachers, and thus raising the level of student achievement, as well as applying the use of modern technological methods in educational supervision departments to keep pace with the continuous development of contemporary societies, and the possibility of identifying and supporting the teacher’s strengths and weaknesses To treat it, in addition to developing the spirit of cooperation and participation and developing their sense of belonging, I also reached several recommendations, including the development of professional development programs for teachers by benefiting from the experiences of developed countries in this field, and encouraging teachers to achieve more organizational excellence in their schools to improve the quality of education and the product, especially in the intermediate educational stage Developing a comprehensive program to spread and enhance the culture of organizational excellence within the school in which teachers, educational supervisors, parents and students participate, increasing the number of educational supervisors so that they can develop the professional performance of teachers, as well as working to empower teachers through the educational problems they face themselves, and delegating them some powers and guidance and guidance.
