. The current Research aimed at defining the concepts of Islamic culture necessary for university students, and identifying the university preparation systems; And preparing the basics and criteria of the Islamic culture program. The Research used the descriptive approach in addition to the experimental approach. The proposed program was applied to the members of the experimental group consists of (31) thirty-one students, was applied to a sample of private diploma students, Faculty of graduate studies of Education, Cairo University. The study methods consisted of identifying the basics and criteria for building the Islamic culture program in the light of the Islamic conception of divinity, the universe, man, and life, along with an achievement test for the proposed program. The statistical processing of the data of the field study showed that the proposed program has a significant impact on the level of academic achievement in the study sample.
