Search Goal:
The research aims to evaluate the list of the main referees committee of the Egyptian Football Federation in the light of the regulations of the International Federation by:
1- Analysis of the FIFA regulations.
2- Analysis of the internal and external environment of the regulations of the Referees Committee of the Egyptian Football Federation to identify strengths and weaknesses and identify opportunities and threats (swot).
3- Develop a strategy for the list of the main referees committee of the Egyptian Football Federation by:
- Develop the vision, message and objectives of the proposed strategy.
- Develop policies, programmes and budgets for the proposed strategy.
- Identify implementation procedures and follow-up to the proposed strategy.

1- What are the terms and axes of the FIFA Referees Committee regulations ?
2- What are the strengths and weaknesses of the list of the main referees committee of the Egyptian Football Federation after analyzing the internal environment ?
3- What are the opportunities and threats to the list of the main referees committee of the Egyptian Football Federation after analyzing the external environment?
4- What is the vision, mission and objectives of the proposed strategy?

Research methodology:
The researcher used the descriptive method to suit the nature of the research and its suitability to achieve the objectives of the research.
Research Community:
The research community includes the (10) members of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Football Federation, the (13) members of the Main Committee of Referees of the Egyptian Football Federation, and the referees committees of the Egyptian Football Federation branch. The(34) international referees and the (782) first-class referees.
