This research monitors the most important violations of family laws in the arab countries of Islamic jurisprudence,and its reputable schools,he discussed some issues and issues in which he saw an explicit violation of Islamic law and its purposes.and it was found through the research that many arab laws adopted some of th views of sheikh ALIslam ibn tamiyyah in the rulings of the family,and their preference for them the study also showed anumber of new legal issues that are unparalled in tradition Islamic jurisprudence,even though they are addressed by contemporary jurisprudence most of the weightings of the study were related to what was settled by the considered schools of jurisprudence,in the chapters of marriage and good tenure
