in Islamic law, namely: Jurisprudential Differences in the Rulings of Inheritance (Ordinances).
The thesis contained an introduction, an introductory chapter, and eleven chapters on the content of the thesis, which is the jurisprudential differences in the provisions of inheritance, including some issues that are similar in form and differ in judgment.
First, the introduction: It included the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the research problem, previous studies, and the research method, including the study method, research mechanisms, study objectives and limits.
Second: The introductory chapter includes: Defining the science of jurisprudential differences and related terms, the emergence of science, its development and authorship, and the most important literature, controls and conditions for jurisprudential differences and the difference between the science of differences and others.
