Scientists in the field of multiple technologies present every day something new that is added to the accumulations of science and human experiences. Technology still plays a distinguished role in this field, and it has become the main driver for all aspects of life, and its various fields such as arts, pure sciences, health, learning, media, culture and tourism ....., And it worked to increase the child’s abilities to know the nature around him and his awareness of all the minute details, unlike previous ages.research aims :The research sought to achieve the following objectives:The research sought to achieve the following goals:1- Discovering new characteristics of children’s sculpture.2- Clarifying the impact of the use of digital technology on children’s formation and expression methods.3- Finding an experimental approach to improve children’s plastic and expressive abilities.4- Develop plastic solutions derived from digital technology in children’s sculptural works.The research included four chapters, which are as follows Chapter one: the general framework of the research In that chapter, the researcher presented the idea of the research, and presented the research problem in the form of two questions: (1- What is the role of digital technology in sculpting children? 2- What is the relationship between the environment and digital technology?), The researcher presented the hypotheses, importance and objectives of the research, introduced the terminology, and presented Some previous studies related to the research topic.Chapter Two: A study of the impact of digital technology used in sculpting children This chapter deals with the study of the following main points: The concept of technology It is a way of thinking about the use of knowledge, information and skills in order to increase human capacity and similar needs.The concept of the computer and the integration between it and the artist:We know the computer as a device that processes data and converts it into information. The computer develops through five different generations. Many digital design programs have recently appeared through which innovative artistic designs can be implemented. The computer consists of (input - output - processing units)Digital technology and the concept and origin of digital sculpture:Digital technology is a long series of numbers that are acquired and whose codes can be decoded and read through the correspondent computer.Digital sculpting is the use of software that provides tools for sculpting.As a result of the spread of computers, digital art was launched, and digital arts take several different forms, which are (three dimensions - digital data processing - digital sculpture). We can apply the term digital sculpture to digital sculptures in their three cases, namely: 1- Stereoscopic design on the computer 2- Stereoscopic design after placing it in its virtual environment3- The model produced through modern technologies, whether by laser or CNC machines, such as:• 3D CNC Router routers • 3D printing such as plastics Plastics and their relationship to technology and digital sculpture Most of the aesthetics of ”modern art” showed artistic trends that showed new aesthetic values and dimensions as a result of the use of different plastic materials. They are divided into: - Plastics of natural origin - thermoplastics (thermoplastic)- Waste plastics - thermoplastics There are various ways in forming plastics 1- The pressing method in the molds 2- The injection method 3- Casting method 4- Extrusion method 5- Blowing method There are various factors that led to the use of plastics in artistic sculptures: 1- Cultural factors 2- Attention to the aesthetic content of the artwork 3- Technical factors The emergence of digital sculpture and the programs used in it:Computer-assisted design entered the field of sculpture to create physical models, and there are many programs used in digital sculpture, including 1- Photoshop 2- Illustrator 3- Autodesk sketch Book 4- Rebelle 3 5- Corel Draw 6- Ink Scape 7- GIMP drawing program Digital technology achieves many goals of the contemporary artist, including:• time saving • Save effort • Saving costs Studies have shown that the introduction of computer and information technology in the education process for children has the following benefits:Increase motivation towards education Enable children to play leadership roles and increase interaction between them - Increase their level of cooperation and communication One of the most important applications of computer and information technology in childhood Drawing program - Listening to stories and re-recording them - Electronic games Computer networks and the Internet Chapter Three: Scientific dimensions of digital technology and its aesthetics in children’s sculpture In this chapter, the researcher studies the importance of computers in sculptural design Flexibility and ease of use, saving time and effort Developing artistic creativity Practicing experiments, discovery and broadening the artistic outlook Store drawings and forms and retrieve them at any time - High accuracy in implementation The relationship between science and technology Science is the attempt to know the nature of things and their sources As for technology, it is the understanding of how things are used to make products that benefit humans Science and technology have a reciprocal relationship characteristics of computer-based e-learning.
