Abstract
The work deals with the synthesis of thiophene derivatives together with uses in heterocyclic synthesis.The work has result in the synthesis of 2-amino-3-cyano-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene derivatives The synthesized products have great cytotoxicity against the tested Cancer cell line
