This study dealt with the topic of ”Shahrazur from the Islamic Conquest up to the Mongol Invasion” (Political and Civilized Study) (21-656 AH / 641-1258 AD).
The preface dealt with the origin of the name Shahrazur and its political situation before the Arab Islamic conquest. The first chapter is the political history of Shahrzur from the Islamic conquest to the Mongol invasion, and includes four chapters. The first chapter dealt with the geography of Shahrazur and its affiliated cities, and the second chapter entitled (the political role of Shahrazur from the Islamic conquest to the end of the second Abbasid era. The Atabeg Zanki era until the Mongol invasion As for the second chapter, which is titled the most prominent civilizational features of Shahrazur from the Islamic conquest to the Mongol invasion, it includes four chapters. The Islamic until the Mongol invasion The third chapter deals with the cultural and scientific life in Shahrazur and its works from the Islamic conquest until the Mongol invasion, and the fourth chapter presents the social life, plans and urban landmarks in Shahrazur and its works from the Islamic conquest until the Mongol invasion
