One of the most important applications of artificial intelligence in the medical field is (electronic surgery), and it is often called Robotic Surgery, Cybersurgery, or Telesurgery. Since it was first used, telesurgery and robot-assisted surgery are increasingly used in medicine. Because of its many advantages, robot-assisted surgery allows doctors to perform the most difficult and accurate operations through very small holes, as it provides them with a clearer view through high-resolution enlarged images,This guarantees high levels of accuracy during work, and one of the most important advantages of robotic surgery is that it contributes to: reducing pain, reducing bleeding, leaving fewer scars, reducing the chances of transmission of infection, lowering the rate of results of surgery, in addition to complications associated with it. The importance of telemedicine and telesurgery is not limited to the ability to carry out medical procedures in areas where it is not possible, but has been extended to include telemedicine, and the use of telesurgery and robotic surgery has led to the adoption of And it allowed medical professionals to implement these procedures, by overcoming geographical and political barriers and borders, and then it was called “cross-border robotic surgery”, and accordingly many economic, legal and ethical issues emerged.
