The Purpose of the study : The current research aimed at: Developing the linguistic structure skills of non-native speakers of Arabic language - at the intermediate level - using a proposed program based on the contrastive analysis approach. The Problem of the study: the low level of Arabic language learners of non-native speakers in language structure skills, and their lack of some Arabic language skills, especially the language structure skills, and the inability to use them correctly in expressing ideas and opinions in a fluent Arabic language and in a sound manner. Based on that, we can face this problem by answering the following questions : 1. What are the language structure skills needed for non-native speakers of Arabic at the intermediate level? 2. What is the proposed program based on the contrastive analysis approach to develop the linguistic structure skills of non-native speakers of Arabic at the intermediate level? 3. How effective is the proposed program based on the contrastive analysis approach in developing language structure skills? Study results: • There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of the students (study group) between the two applications, pre and post, of the linguistic structure test in favor of the post application. • The effectiveness of the proposed program in achieving a high impact size in developing the linguistic structure skills of female Arabic speakers at the intermediate level (the study group).
