The seed of the endowment that the Prophet (peace be upon him) planted became a tree whose root is fixed and branches are in the sky, bearing fruit at all times with the permission of its Lord, and it has shaded with its shade and all members of society have eaten from its fruits at all religious, educational, health, cultural and social levels. Factors within the endowment institution and others from outside, that led to its deterioration and extinction.The management of the endowment (civil - governmental) had a role in its prosperity or deterioration, and these two administrations have their negatives and positives, and the endowment will not recover and bear fruit unless the two administrations meet.
If the supervisory aspect is found as it should, with attention to investment controls (legitimacy - economic -......) which are related to the endowment, the endowed, the endowed money and those in charge of the investment, then it is possible to resurrect and revive the historical endowment role and also the endowment can then participate in Community development as it should.
