المستخلص
أولاً: مشكلة الدراسة
يعد التعليم الفني رافداً أساسياً في بناء الإنسان للتعامل مع التقنيات الحديثة؛ والمتغيرات التي طرأت علي الساحة الدولية والإقليمية حيث يقوم التعليم الفني بدور هام في إعداد رأس المال البشري بجانب التعليم الثانوي العام والجامعي وقبلهما مرحلة التعليم الأساسي علي مستويات سوق العمل المختلفة سواء التجاري أو الصناعي أو الزراعي؛ ويعتبر التعليم بمثابة الطاقة المحركة للتنمية البشرية من خلال التكوين الأمثل لقدرات الأفراد ومعارفهم ومهاراتهم، بما يمكنهم من التفاعل المثمر مع البيئة المحيطة بكافة مكوناتها المادية والمؤسسية والبشرية.
وتعتبر مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية من أهم المهن التي تعاون المدرسة علي تحقيق أهدافها حيث تسهم مساهمة فعالة في التعامل مع جوانب هامة ترتبط ارتباطاً وثيقاً بالعملية التربوية والتعليمية ولا يقتصر تدخلها خلال تحقيقها لهذه الأهداف علي الطالب فقط بل يتعدي ذلك إلي كل من المدرسة، الأسرة، المجتمع المحلي بهدف تنمية وتطوير القدرات المدرسية والعمل علي تدعيم وزيادة الاهتمام بتلبية احتياجات كل من الطالب والأسرة والمجتمع؛ والعمل علي إكساب (طلاب التعليم الفني) المهارات الإنتاجية من خلال استخدام مواردها التنموية وأسسها المعرفية والمهارية والقيمية التي تستهدف مساعدة الإنسان في مختلف المستويات ليبلغ مستوي مناسب من الوعي والمهارة ليتعامل بفاعلية مع تحديات هذا العصر ويسهم إسهاما فعالاً في تنمية مجتمعه.
وطريقة العمل مع الجماعات كإحدى طرق الخدمة الاجتماعية التي يمكن من خلالها تدعيم وتأصيل المهارات العلمية والعملية لدي الطلاب وإكسابهم المهارات التي تنمي قدراتهم علي التجديد والابتكار والتعلم، وفي سبيل ذلك تعتمد على العديد من النماذج والمداخل العلمية التي يمكنها الإسهام بدور فعال في تنمية المهارات الإنتاجية للطلاب المدارس الفنية ومن هذه النماذج )النموذج التنموي(.
ويعد النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات من النماذج التي تركز على تنمية أعضاء الجماعة من خلال استخدام المهارات المهنية والوسائل الفنية والمبادئ والإستراتيجيات التي تحقق الخبرات الجماعية للأعضاء وفي نفس الوقت تركز على تنمية المجتمع وتطويره من خلال أفراده المنتمين إليه باعتبار أنهم جزء من هذا المجتمع.
لذا اتجه فكر الباحثة لإجراء دراسة شبه تجريبية لمعرفة أثر برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي لتنمية المهارات الإنتاجية لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية.
ثانياً: أهمية الدراسة
1- أهمية التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي في النهوض بالعملية الإنتاجية ، وأيضا ًلأهمية العنصر البشري وبناء قدراته.
2- حيوية دور التعليم الفني الصناعي في تلبية احتياجات سوق العمل وأهمية الفلسفة التي يتبناها والمتمثلة في الارتقاء بالأفراد وتدريبهم وتأهيلهم قبل وأثناء الخدمة والارتقاء بالمهنة، مما ينعكس علي تلبية هذه الاحتياجات.
3- ارتفاع أعداد طلاب التعليم الفني بالمجتمع ، فقد بلغ عددهم في مصر طبقاً إحصائية عن التعليم 2019 الصادرة عن الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء 1857494 وبلغ عددهم في محافظة أسيوط 86172 وبلغ عدد طلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية الصناعية 38145 مما يستدعي الاهتمام بهذه الفئة ودراستها.
4- المجال المدرسي يعتبر أهم المجالات المهنية في الخدمة الاجتماعية لما له من دور هام في بناء العنصر البشري من الطلاب والذين يمثلون ثروة المجتمع وعماد مستقبله.
5- إن مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية بصفة عامة وطريقة العمل مع الجماعات بصفة خاصة يمكن أن يكون لها دورا فعال في تنمية المهارات الإنتاجية لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية الصناعية من خلال استخدام العملية الجماعية بما تتضمنه من مبادئ ومهارات ونماذج لتصرفات الأخصائي الاجتماعي .
6- قد تسهم هذه الدراسة في إثراء الإطار النظري فيما يتعلق بكيفية تنمية المهارات الإنتاجية لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية.
ثالثاً: أهداف الدراسة
تسعي هذه الدراسة إلي تحقيق الهدف الرئيسي التالي:
” اختبار برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات لتنمية المهارات الإنتاجية لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية .
وينبثق عن هذا الهدف الرئيسي مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية هي:
1- اختبار برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات لتنمية مهارة إدارة الوقت لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية .
2- اختبار برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات لتنمية مهارة استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية .
3- اختبار برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات لتنمية مهارة التسويق الاجتماعي لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية.
رابعاً: فروض الدراسة
وتسعي هذه الدراسة إلي التحقق من اختبار صحة الفروض التالية:
أ- الفرض الرئيسي:
” من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات لتنمية المهارات الإنتاجية لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية ”.
ب- الفروض الفرعية:
وينبثق من هذا الفرض الرئيسي مجموعة من الفروض الفرعية وهي:
1- من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات لتنمية مهارة إدارة الوقت لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية.
2- من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات لتنمية مهارة استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية.
3- من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات لتنمية مهارة التسويق الاجتماعي لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية.
خامساً: مفاهيم الدراسة
وقد حددت الباحثة مفاهيم هذه الدراسة في أربعة مفاهيم أساسية هي:
1- مفهوم التدخل المهني.
2- مفهوم النموذج التنموي.
3- مفهوم المهارات الإنتاجية.
4- مفهوم طلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية.
سادساً: الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة
1- نوع الدراسة: تنتمي هذه الدراسة الحالية إلي الدراسات شبه التجريبية في مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية.
2- المنهج المستخدم: اعتمدت هذه الدراسة علي المنهج التجريبي وذلك باستخدام التجربة القبلية البعدية باستخدام جماعة تجريبية واحدة.
3- أدوات الدراسة: اعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة علي الأدوات التالية
أ- مقياس المهارات الإنتاجية (من إعداد الباحثة).
ب- المقياس الموقفي (من إعداد الباحثة).
ج- تحليل محتوي التقارير الدورية لاجتماعات أعضاء الجماعة التجريبية.
4- مجالات الدراسة: تحددت مجالات الدراسة في الآتي:
أ- المجال المكاني للدراسة: تم تطبيق الدراسة وبرنامج التدخل المهني داخل إطار محافظة أسيوط بمدرسة أسيوط الثانوية الميكانيكية.
ب- المجال البشري للدراسة: تم تطبيق برنامج التدخل المهني علي جماعة تجريبية مكونة من 32 عضواً تتراوح أعمارهم الفعلية من (16 – 18) سنة.
ج- المجال الزمني للدراسة: تحدد المجال الزمني للدراسة بفترة إجراء التجربة والتي استغرقت ما يقرب من 6 شهور في الفترة من 1/11/2018 إلي 28/4/2019.
سابعاً: نتائج الدراسة
1- أثبتت الدراسة صحة الفرض الرئيسي القائل بأنه ” من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين برنامج التدخل المهني في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات لتنمية المهارات الإنتاجية لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية
2- أثبتت الدراسة صحة الفروض الفرعية القائلة بأنه:
الفرض الأول: من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات وتنمية مهارة إدارة الوقت لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية.
الفرض الثاني: من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات وتنمية مهارة استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية.
الفرض الثالث: من المتوقع وجود فروق معنوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام النموذج التنموي في طريقة العمل مع الجماعات وتنمية مهارة التسويق الاجتماعي لطلاب المدارس الثانوية الفنية.
Summary of the Study in English
4- Study Areas: they are identified in the following
A- The spatial area of study: the application of study and professional intervention program within the framework of the Assiut Mechanical Secondary School.
B- The human field of study: The application of professional intervention program on a pilot group of 32 members of the actual ages of (16-18) years.
c- The Time of the study: determine the time to study the period of holding the test which lasted nearly 6 months in the period from 1/11/2018 to 28/4/2019.
Seventh- Study Results:
1- The Study has proved the validity of the main hypothesis that ” It is expected moral differences of statistically significance between the professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work method to develop the productive skills for technical secondary schools students”.
2- The study has proved the validity of subsidiary hypotheses that:
The first hypothesis It is expected moral differences of statistically significance between the professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work method to develop the time management skill for technical secondary schools students.
The second hypothesis It is expected moral differences of statistically significance between the professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work method to develop the skill of using the modern technology for technical secondary schools students.
The third hypothesis It is expected moral differences of statistically significance between the professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work method to develop the social marketing skill for technical secondary schools students.
Fourth- Hypotheses of the study:
This study seeks to test the validity of the following hypotheses:
A- The main hypothesis:
” It is expected moral differences of statistically significance between the professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work method to develop the productive skills for technical secondary schools students”.
B- The subsidiary hypotheses:
The main hypothesis has many subsidiary hypotheses:
1- It is expected moral differences of statistically significance between the professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work method to develop the time management skill for technical secondary schools students.
2- It is expected moral differences of statistically significance between the professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work method to develop the skill of using the modern technology for technical secondary schools students.
3- It is expected moral differences of statistically significance between the professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work method to develop the social marketing skill for technical secondary schools students.
Fifth- Study Concepts
The Researcher has set the concepts of this study in four basic concepts
1- The concept of professional intervention.
2- The concept of developmental model.
3- The concept of productive skills.
4- The concept of Technical secondary schools students
Sixth- Methodological procedures for the study:
1- Study Type: This study belongs to the quasi-experimental studies on the social work profession.
2- The method used: this study is based on the experimental method by using the tribal experience using one experimental group.
3- Study Tools: in this study, the researcher adopted the following tools:
a- Productive Skills Scale (prepared by the researcher).
b- Situational Scale (prepared by the researcher).
c- Analyzing the content of the periodic reports of the members of the experimental group.
Second- The importance of the study:
1- The importance of industrial technical secondary education in promoting the production process, as well as the importance of the human element and building its
Capabilities.
2- The vital role of industrial technical education in meeting the needs of the labor market and the importance of the philosophy it espouses, which is to elevate, train, and qualify individuals before and during service and to advance the profession, which is reflected in meeting these needs.
3- The high numbers of technical education students in the community, as they numbered in Egypt according to a statistic on education 2019 issued by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics 1857494 and the number in Assiut Governorate reached 86172 and the number of industrial technical secondary school students reached 38145, which requires attention to this category and its study
4- The school field is considered the most important professional field in social work because it has an important role in building the human element of students, who represent the wealth of society and the pillars of its future.
5- The social work profession in general and social group work method in particular can have an effective role in developing the productive skills of industrial technical secondary school students through the use of the group process, including the principles, skills, and patterns of social worker behavior.
6- This study may contribute to enrich the theoretical framework regarding how to develop productive skills for technical secondary school students.
Third- The objectives of the study
The main objective of the study: ” The professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work method to develop the productive skills for technical secondary schools students”.
This is accomplished through the achievement of the following objectives:
1- The test of the effectiveness of the professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work method to develop the time management skill for technical secondary schools students.
2- The test of the effectiveness of the professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work method to develop the skill of Using modern technology for technical secondary schools students. the
3- The test of the effectiveness of the professional intervention by using the developmental model in social group work Method to develop the social marketing skill for technical secondary schools students.
First- The problem of the study:
Technical education is an essential source in building a human being to deal with modern technologies; and the changes that have occurred on the international and regional scene where technical education plays an important role in preparing human capital besides general and university secondary education and before them basic education at different levels of the labor market, whether commercial or industrial or Agricultural; education is considered the driving force for human development through the optimal formation of the capabilities of individuals, their knowledge and skills, enabling them to fruitful interaction with the environment surrounding all its
material, institutional and human components.
The social work profession is considered one of the most important professions that the school cooperates in achieving its goals as it contributes an effective contribution to deal with important aspects that are closely related to the educational and educational process and its intervention during achieving these goals is not limited to the student only, but it goes beyond all of the school, the family, the local community with the aim of developing school capabilities and working to support and increase interest in meeting the needs of both the student, the family and society; and to provide (technical education students) productive skills through the use of their development resources and the knowledge, skills and value foundations which target helping people at various levels to reach an appropriate level of awareness and skill to deal effectively with the challenges of this age and contribute effectively to the development of their society.
And social group work method as one of the methods of social work through which students can strengthen and consolidate the scientific and practical skills and to acquire the skills that develop their abilities to renew, innovate and learn, and for this it depends on many scientific models and approaches that can contribute to an effective role in developing the productive skills of school students Technical models include (the developmental model). .
The developmental model in social group work method is one of the models that focus on developing the members of the group through the use of professional skills, technical means, principles and strategies that achieve the collective experiences of members and at the same time focus on developing the community and developing it through its members belonging to it as they are part of this community. the researcher thought to conduct a quasi-experimental study to determine the impact of the use of the professional intervention program using the developmental model to develop the productive skills for technical secondary school students.
