Abstract

The treated group by 5-fluorouracil occur loss and tooth decay compared to other groups .
Whey proteins improve the morphological external of the rats that have been given whey proteins .
Histopathological examination of the liver tissue sections obtained from animal treated with 5-fluorouracil ,resulted in focal necrosis within parenchymal cells, severe hydropic degeneration and marked congestion in the central vein as well as sinusoids
The treated group with 5-fluorouracil following administration of whey proteins, resulted in marked improvement, with mild congested central and portal veins and mild cloudy
Simultaneous treatment with 5-fluorouracil and whey protein significant ameliorative changes, where hepatic tissue displayed almost normal histology with only mild congestion and dilated central vein
Whey proteins treatment resulted in improvement in hepatic architecture and central vein
Histopathological of kidney indicated the treated rats with 5-fluorouracil induced severe hydropic swelling marked congestion and hemorrhage and mild to modrate focal tubular necrosis . The lumena of some tubules were filled with degenerate and desquamated epithelial cells.
Treatment with whey protein administration, followed by 5-fluorouracil revealed pronounced enhancement in kidney tissue with residual cloudy swelling, mild focal tubular necrosis and congested blood vessels.
Simultaneous treatment with 5-fluorouracil and whey protein resulted in pronounced improvement in renal tissue, with mild cloudy swelling, mild focal tubular necrosis and congested blood vessels.
