The research aims to build Enrichment Program in mathematics based on the principle of technology and standards for the operations of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics for first grade secondary Talented students, and the study of its impact on the development of creative mathematical modeling skills and verbal communication in mathematics among these students, with the study of the effect of the interaction between the experimental treatment and sex on variables study. The researcher has built an Enrichment program which consisted of life problems associated with the content of the math curriculum in first grade secondary, as the researcher built two tests to measure students’ skills in creative mathematical modeling and verbal communication in mathematics. By Chosen two classes of Talented students at El-Mansoura military secondary school ”boys” and Umel moumneen secondary school ”Girls” as anexperimental group, and two classes of Talented students at Elmalek Elkamel secondary school ”boys” andEl-Mansoura Eljadeda secondary school ”Girls” as a control group in the first grade secondary (N = 19) Each class of the groups, studied the control group students math curriculum content in the first grade secondary in the usual way, while the experimental group students studied the Enrichment Program which included the contents of the mathematics curriculum first secondary grade and life problems in the light of the operations standards of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics and the principle of technology by using the software (Core Math Tools, Geogebra, Virtual Math Classroom) Applied study tools, and used appropriate statistical methods in data processing and the derivation of results, the study found the effectiveness of the Enrichment Program in the development of mathematical modeling creative skills and verbal communication in mathematics with Talented students, and the lack of impact of the interaction between the experimental treatment and sex in the dimensional application to test the creative mathematical modeling skills and verbal communication in mathematics with these students.
