Subjects of the Study: 31 Education Technology Specialists in Assiut Public schools were included in the Study.
Materials and Tools of the Study:
- An Internet- based training program designed to develop the subject’s e-learning skills.
- An electronic achievement test for the academic aspect of the program.
- An observation sheet for checking skill performance of the study group in their e-learning skills.
Results of the study:
Results of the study clearly indicated the effectiveness of the training program on the subjects’ cognitive understanding of the e-learning skills.
Results also showed the effectiveness of the internet-based program on the subjects’ performance of the e- learning skills.
