Abstract

Using two different methods and different conditions for CulnSe2 preparation, the following conclusions were achieved: 1- According to the Strutural and Optical the Optimum
preparation conditions to obtain films of highly abundant ternary compound of CulnSc2 relative to the binary phases are:a- Flash Evaporation Method Substate of 250 C
annealing lempePllure of 350°C ami annealing time of 2hr.
b- Stracking Elemental Layers SEL Method the Layer Sequence in/Se/Cu is the Best one at any Reaction Temperature and For any Heating Time Reaction of 300C and Heating Time 1Hr.
2-from the Behavior of Transmission and Reflection Curves the Homogeneity and Surface Roughness of the Prepared Film Can Be Judged.
