Abstract Viral hepatitis has been recognized for some time to be an occupational risk among heslth care worker, Early reports describe HBV infestion as ”the surgeon; disease, in recognition of the fact that HBV infections were commonly spread in the hospital or clinic environment by percutaneous needle-sticks or sharp intruments contaminated with infected blood. so, The aim of this work is an attempt to estimate the occurrance of hepatitis C virus (HCV)among risky exposed personnel (hospital workers and repeated blood transfused patients). |
