Abstract
The present work was designed to investigate the toxopathological effect of organophosphorous insecticide, as a commercial formula pesthan 48% in male rats, through:
1- Histopathological examination of rat brain, liver, kidney and spleen.
2- Estimation of Malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase enzymes activities in liver tissue.
3- Evaluate the protective and curative action of Coenzyme Qω as an antioxidant.
