Chronic a bacterial prostatitis is poorly understood, ofteninadequately treated and bothersome ( Collins et al ., 1998 ) . Littlein anyprogress in treatment results have been achievedImprovement in the range of 70 % reported by ( Meares 1982) .
Urethral hypertonicity wasproposed as an underlying
pathogeneticfactor ( Barbalias , 1990 ) . Increased maximum
urethral closure pressure was noticed in cases with pelvic painsyndrome.
