المستخلص
The current study aims at establishing a comprehensive approach of mail procedurs in order to study the possibility of developing, such procedeurs to make it fit to inputs of the age of information, it also aims at indicating the importance of using the technology of communication and information in that field, to achieve the target of the study, the researcher has studied the current status of received and delivered mail procedeurs in beni-suef governorate as its consider the area of the study. Then the researcher has suggested a program as a basic solution for the problems the mail faces. The results of the study:
;-there is not an administration of current documents and so activities and process differ as a result of the absence of methodology. 2-there are a lot of procedures that delivered and received mails are submitted to.
3-trere is not a joint guide for the mail procedures.
The recommendations of the study:
1-the necessity of establishing an administration for current
documents that helps to control all documentation activities.
2-the process of reception and delivery of mail must be joint work by
establishing a centre of administrative communication.
3-establishing a joint guide for mail terms.
4-preparing an automatic system of information to be used for developing the procedures.
