Abstract
In this work , simple , rapid and sensitive spectrophotometric methods were developmed and validated for assay of five antifungal drugs namely; clotrimazole, econazole nitrate, ketoconazole, miconazole nitrate and tolnaftate. the first four drugs are imidazole containing antifungal drugs while the fifth one is a thionoester antifungal drug. All the studied drugs contain either one nitrogen atom or more in their structure.
