Abstract
Idipathic intracranial hypertension is a disorder characterized by symptoms and signs of space occupying lesion but with no evidence of mass or ventricular obstruction and normal CT and MRI scan. In this study we put a protocol for management of pseudotumor cerebri (medical, repeated lumber puncture and surgical therapy) and discussed most recent surgical therapy: CSF diversion by ventricular shunt using frameless navigation system, optic nerve sheath decompression using endoscopic endonasal technique.
