Abstract

The obtained data showed that: I.The mean difference of AST between nonnal group vs Liver diseased patients was considered extremely significant (P 0.0001), the mean difference of AST between normal group vs Non cirrhotic group was considered extremely significant (P < 0.000 I), the mean difference of AST between normal group vs cilThotic group was considered extremely significant (P < 0.0001), the mean difference of AST between non-cirrhotic group vs cirrhotic group was considered extremely significant (P < 0.0001). 2. The mean difference of ALT between normal group vs liver diseases patients, non-ciIThotic b’TOUP and cirrhotic group were considered extremely sif,’11ific3nt (P< 0.0001), and there was not statistically significant difference between non-cirrhotic and cinhotic (P> 0.05). 3. the mean difference of albumin between normal gTOUp vs non cirrhotlc group was considered not significant (P< 0.648), the mean difference of albumin between normal group vs cinhotic group was considered extremely significant (P< 0.0001), and the mean difference of albumin between non cirrhotic group vs cirrhotic group was considered extremely sif, tnificant (P< 0.000 1). 4. The mean difference of bilirubin between nonnal group vs Liver diseased patients was considered extremely significant (P < O. 000 1), the mean difference of bilirubin between normal group vs Non cirrhotic group was considered extremely significant (P < 0.0001), the mean difference of bilirubin between normal group vs cirrhotic group was considered extremely significant (P < 0.000 1), the mean difference of bilirubin between non-cirrhotic group vs cilThotic group was not significant (P > 0.05).
