Abstract
In this study anapproach to the synthesis of dynamic multilevel control system is presentedthe decomposition and multilevel techniques are reviewed the takahara algrithm is presented and its applicability and convergence are discussed the mathematical model for reactor power regulator is constructed aNd the optimization problem is formulated and solved by using both the single and two level approaches the detailed results for the different optimal controls and state trajectories are given.
