المستخلص This study was about ”The Psychological factors which are beyond satisfaction about work of kindergarten teachers” because there are a lot of effective factors lead to satisfaction about work; some of them due to the work itself: Such as financial factors like salary, social factors like social position of the work. There are also many factors due to the individual like the psychological factors: for example, feeling responsibility. All of these factors push the individual through an activity to achieve his entity, moreover they motivate and encourage him to give the best he has. They motivate his feelings towards satisfaction about work, which leads to the individual’s success and his adaptability in both work and life. Satisfaction about work of kindergarten teachers; who is mainly responsible for a great deal of what is thought to the children. The kindergarten teacher will play a great and an important role in moving the child from kindergarten to school safely and easily if she is completely satisfaction about her work Aims of the study: 1- This study aims at identification of the psychological factors that are responsible for kindergarten teacher’s satisfaction about work. 2- This study aims at identification of the psychological factors that are responsible for kindergarten teacher’s dissatisfaction about work. A sample of the study: * This sample consisted of four kindergarten teachers as followin L!: <- Two cases got a high score on the satisfaction scale. Two cases got a low score on the satisfaction scale. Tools of the study: 1- The scale of kindergarten teachers satisfaction about work.By The Researcher. 2- An information sheet. By The Researcher. 3- The Accurated test of Partial instincts. By Samia El-Kattan. (1981 ) 4- Some cards of”T. A. T”. By Murrey and Morgan (1935). 5- The Interview sheet. By Salah Mekhamer. (1975) 6- Free Interview. By The Researcher. The study hvpotheses : 1-There are some conscious and subconscious psychological factors which are responsible for kindergarten - high ,satisfied - teacher’s satisfaction about their work . 2-There are some conscious and subconscious psychological factors which are responsible for kindergarten - low , satisfied - teacher’s satisfaction about their work . 3-There are differences between satisfied teachers and dissatisfied teachers about their work in kindergarten in some conscious and subconscious psychological factors. The statistical and Clinical Methods: 1- Ascending method to determine the clinical cases on the scale of kindergarten teacher’s satisfaction about work. 2- Analysis of the results of applying the clinical tools. 1- The high level of Masochism and the low level of sadism lead to kindergarten teacher’s satisfaction about work. 2- The high level of exhibitionism and the low level of ecoptophilia lead to kindergarten teacher’s satisfaction about work. 3- The kindergarten teacher’s transference from Nargicism to Objectivitism leads to their satisfaction about work. 4- Getting rid of the primal infantile frustrations leads to kindergarten teacher’s satisfaction about their work. 5- The normal identification with a normal model leads to the satisfaction of kindergarten teachers about work. 6- The high level of Motherhood leads to the satisfaction of kindergarten teachers about their work. 7- The high level of normal aggressiveness leads to the satisfaction of kindergarten teachers about their work. 8- Positivity, tolerance and Optimism lead to the satisfaction of kindergarten teachers about their work. Second: The psychological Factors which are responsible for kindergarten teacher’s dissatisfaction about their work: 1- The high level of sadism and the low level of Masochism lead to the dissatisfaction of kindergarten teachers about their work. 2- The high level of ecoptophilia and the low level of exhibitionism lead to the dissatisfaction of kindergarten teacher’s about their work. 3- The kindergarten teacher’s distranference from Nargicism to objectivitism or self-centralization lead to the dissatisfaction of kindergarten teachers about their work. 4- The inability to get rid of the primal infantile frustrations leads to the kindergarten teacher’s dissatisfaction about their work. 5- The abnormal identification with abnormal model leads to the dissatisfaction of the kindergarten teachers about their work. 6- The low level of Motherhood leads to the kindergarten teacher’s dissatisfaction about their work. 7- The high level of abnormal aggressiveness leads to kindergarten teacher’s dissatisfaction about their work. |
