This thesis presents a fuzzy integer optimization model for allocating an area of land for development. The thesis consists of five chapters.The title of each and the summary of its contents are given below.
Chapter 1 presents several models and methods to solve multiobjective integer programming problems in one place to provide a guide for users and researches.
Chapter 2 gives different approaches for treating the land allocation problem by introducing the problem formulation of some models and its solution algorithm.
Chapter 3 presents a fuzzy multiobjective integer optimization model for allocating an area of land for development. This problem involves fuzzy parameters in the constraints.
A solution algorithm to solve the formulated model is suggested with a numerical example that illustrates the developed theory and the solution algorithm.
Chapter 4 introduces the mathematical formulation of the land allocation model with fuzzy parameters in the objective functions, and a suggested solution algorithm to solve these kinds of allocation problems with a numerical example to illustrate the developed method.
