Abstract
In the present work thirty five adult male albino rats were used. They were divided into two groups : - The Fist group : included five adul the normal histological and histoche structure of the testis and served as in tact control . - The second group : included thizy adult .male albino rats . Twenty five animlas were subjected to left hemiorchidectomy and were sacrificed after different pcriods ( 1 day - 1,2 .4&k weeks ) following the operation . Five rats were subjected to sham operation and used as control.
